Shipping Policy

Postage is Australia wide.

Postage is free within Australia for orders over $100. Postage for samples is $2 and postage for wallpaper under $100 is between $15 to $35 depending on your location.

Delivery will take on average 15 business days, but not exceed 30 business days unless otherwise communicated to you. If you have not received your order within 30 business days, please urgently contact us.

How long does postage take?

Rolls are ordered in with our manufacturer as per your individual order to ensure they come from the same batch/dye lot. Batch numbers are important as each batch varies slightly in colour and texture and cannot be matched to another batch.

Delivery policy:

It is your obligation to enter the correct delivery address details at the time of ordering. If you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order to the correct address at our expense.

We will arrange for the delivery of your order with 24 hours of it arriving to us. Delivery will take on average 15 days, but not exceed 30 days depending on where you are located within Australia.

If you have not received your order within 30 days, please urgently contact us. 

It is the responsibility of the customer to inform us if an order does not arrive. Once we learn if an order has not arrived by the due date, we will lodge an enquiry with the courier to ensure delivery occurs as soon as possible.

Please note: if an item has been lost in transit, we will not despatch a replacement item immediately. Replacement items will be despatched according to our discretion. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, you agree that late delivery does not constitute a failure of our agreement, and does not entitle you to cancellation of an order.
Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Refund and Returns Policy:

Wallpapers are ordered in as per each individual order and from specific batch numbers therefore we cannot offer returns or exchanges on over ordered, incorrectly ordered products or change of mind.
This includes mixed batch colour variances resulting from under ordering and/or placing orders at different dates.

If you are unsure on colour/style please purchase a sample. Once an order is received, we cannot cancel or make changes to an order.

We take extra care in packaging all items, if an item slips through and is faulty please contact us and we will be happy to offer you a refund or replacement.
We do not take responsibility or offer returns/refunds/exchanges for faults arising from installation.

Please check your wallpaper for defects prior to hanging, and thoroughly read and follow the hanging instructions on your wallpapers label. Any costs associated with an approved exchange for any reason other than the product being faulty will be at the buyers expense and subject to a 20% restocking fee.

We have committed ourselves to protecting your privacy. We use the information gathered to enable your account and to enhance your online experience. We will not sell our database of customer details to a third party. Any and all the information collected on this website will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold, reused, rented, disclosed, or loaned. We respect the right of users to remain anonymous and will endeavour not to knowingly disclose user identities unless directed by a court of law.

We may release customer information when we believe, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to (i) comply with law, (ii) enforce or apply the terms of any of our user agreements or (iii) protect the rights, property or safety of our users, or others.

When you place an order through this website, we need to know your name, e-mail, phone number, address and credit card details if paying by credit card. This allows us to process and fulfill your order successfully. It also helps us in maintaining your account.

They allow you to place your online order and to login once you are subscribed. Most Web browsers automatically accept cookies, but you can usually change your browser to prevent that.
